We have various terminal servers and many more remote users who need access to these servers and Adobe Acrobat DC. We work as a Managed Service Provider so we have a lot of clients that need access to Adobe Acrobat. What is the best way to license all these servers and/or users? Is there a licensing for terminal servers that we can setup so that when we get a new user or client we can pay for licenses per server instead of per user?

Allow for more than 400 rows of data in Analytics Workspace
Workspace has been by go to reporting canvas since its release and I find myself relying on Data Extract, Data Warehouse & Ad Hoc reporting for larger data sets and analysis.
It would be helpful to allow for a larger data set threshold within Analytics Workspace.

I want to cancel a plan, IT could not help and I have no admin permissions
I know that there was a recent thread with a similar topic, but my issue is unresolved and doesn't have the same solution.
I am 100% certain that I want to cancel my Enterprise plan with my college Institution and I am willing to pay the cancellation fee, but I cannot find any way to cancel it. Like other students, I do not have the option to manage my plans (despite seeing the option to cancel a long time ago, some time last year).

I have contacted my college's IT and they say that they will only resolve hardware problems, not software. I cannot use the Adobe chat feature either due to my Enterprise account tied to my school. Clicking on the chat bubble gives the message: "Please contact your administrator for help. A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help."
I've tried to find solutions everywhere, including the college subreddit, and nothing has worked. I really do not want to be paying these fees anymore. I agree to pay the cancellation fee, which I believe should be 50% of the remaining few months of my annual fee.
I have also tried to call Adobe Customer Service, which told me that I would be on hold for 5 minutes. I waited for over 1 hour and 30 minutes on hold before resorting to other options.
Also, I have read every article on this page (Contact Customer Care) about cancelling plans, changing billing, and enterprise permissions that there were. I am hoping that I may be able to open a conversation online with an Adobe rep this way, because I truly cannot find a way to contact them. Thanks for any help I may receive.

Can't Auto Balance R3D

I haven't been able to find any information related to my issue.
I have had this issue for some time and never needed to fix it, but now I am working on a project with a lot of RED footage and this issue is adding hours to the work.
In the master clip settings there is a button labelled "Auto Balance" in the "White Balance" drop down option. When I click the "Auto Balance" button, a window pops up but the footage does not load into the window.
- I am running the latest version of Premiere Pro CC 2017, this issue was with previous versions as well (all 2017 and 2015 versions that I tried).
- I have a Maxwell Titan X with latest drivers, this issue was with previous drivers as well.
- I have the latest beta of REDCINE X PRO installed but I had the issue with the full release REDCINE X Pro as well.
- I am running Windows 10 Pro x64 with all updates, I had this issue all the way back to before installing any updates on the system.

InDesign Constantly Crashing and freezing on MAC
The past month my indesign keeps freezing or beach balling in the middle of working. I am not working in large file, or in any other programs while working in indesign. But it keeps doing it, Im currently in a file and just trying to move a content box is frustrating, every time I move one it freezes and beach balls... help..

Not able to load page in VEC
hi all,
I'm trying to load a page in VEC but it is giving an error "We did not find Target libraries in your website. Allow VEC Helper extension to inject libraries in your website to enable authoring."
When I debugged whether target libraries are present on the page or not, I found that libraries are already present on the page and mbox JSON is getting fired properly.
What might be a possible reason for this error?

Audio track mixer monitor all channels button resets
Hi
I'm editing on 8 track mono sequence and I need to use the monitor all channels button (mixdown) to be able to listen all audio tracks.
For some reason the Audio track mixer monitor all channels button resets every time I click somewhere else from sequence, like source monitor etc.
Very annoying when I need to click the button on every 10 seconds...
Any solution for this?

Can Acrobat auto populate a date field upon digital signature of a form?
We use several fillable forms with digital ID signature fields. A business rule requires a date field next to the signature field. Is it possible to define the date field to auto populate once the user signs the form? I can't check this in Acrobat since I only have the reader.

Adobe PDF document corruption after updating to Windows Version 1903
Hi, I recently updated Windows 10 from version 1809 to 1903. Since then, whenever I try to print any document from a web site to Adobe PDF at least part of the document text is corrupted. Is there a fix for this?
For info I have an HP desktop PC with Adobe Acrobat DC Standard and Adobe Reader DC software.

Mobile Sync with Lightroom Classic with some drives off-line
The situation is that I have about 40k images sync'd with Lightroom mobile, using Lightroom Classic (latest version) on MacOS (v10.14.5) as my primary photo-editing application. Many of those 40k images are stored an external drive.
What I find is that when I have one of those drives off-line, Lightroom Classic gets stuck trying to sync those images, and doesn't get around to either downloading new updates (e.g. updates from a mobile device) or uploading local changes for image that are locally available. When I reconnect my external drives, the problem appears to resolve itself quite quickly.
So my questions are:
- is this known behaviour?
- if so, why?
- is there a work-around, were we could tell Lightroom Classic not to try to sync images that are not locally attached?

Why can't I insert a highlghted text effect despite following a tutorial that works?
Right, I'm absolutely fuming right now. Why can't I get the same result as a tutorial when I'm trying to inserted a highlighted effect to some text? It makes me so angry that nothing works for me but it works for everyone else.

Hard drive configuration with NVME/SSDs
I have a system with a 1TB NVME M.2 Samsung Evo 960 and a 500GB SSD Samsung Evo 850. My understanding is that the best configuration would be:
1TB NVME M.2: OS, Apps, Disk Cache
500GB SSD: Project Files / Source Files-footage-images-etc.
I typically archive my projects to a local NAS + Cloud storage, so 500GB works fine as a project file folder. I don't mind swapping them though and having my disk cache on the SSD if the performance difference isn't that great. My machine also has a second NVME, and I do have the option of the following...
1TB NVME M.2: OS, Apps
500GB SSD: Project Files / Source Files
500GB NVME M.2 (partition from another drive): Disk Cache
I'd rather not partition my other NVME drive, but I'm willing to if there is enough of a performance difference by having 3 drives. Which configuration would be the fastest for After Effects? Also, with either configuration, should I be rendering to the same folder as the project file or the disk cache for optimal performance? Or does that even matter?

Drawing a Shape in Premiere Pro CC
Is there a way to draw an arrow in Premiere Pro. I know how to draw a circle, rectangle, and ellipse but not an arrow. My work-around has been to create the arrow in Photoshop "shapes" and then bring it into Premiere Pro as a .pgn file. I would much prefer to build the arrow in Premiere Pro.

Inserting text box on top of a moving text box
I have a product video that has many text boxes with a background color. In order to show this video to our customers I would need the chance all content of the text boxes before that.
In most of the cases the video is moving in the background and text boxes are in the same position but 2-3 cases the text boxes are moving also.
Is it possible to insert text boxes on top of a moving text box? Is it difficult? Could you kindly advise how to do this (step by step)?

seamless loop snow
Hi
I have created a 14 second seamless loop in adobe after effects. I have a jpeg of a forest imported in the background and created snow using particles as top my top layer. I then duplicated that layer and split each in half, around 7 seconds in. I then moved top one to end of timeline and bottom one to start so the end and start match perfectly. Also created an overlap in the middle of about a second and faded one into the other. Thats all fine and when I do a ram preview it loops perfectly. Problem is when I render it out and view mp4 file created there is a small but noticeable glitch when it loops from end back to start. Frame rate I am using is 29.97fps (have also tried 24fps), I have tried pre-composing particle layers, I have tried moving layer at end of timeline forward a frame and back a frame. But nothing seems to work. I viewing in media players such as quicktime or in VLC. When rendering my output module is at H.264 in format settings to create an mp4 if that makes a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the document exists reopen window
I have created this small dialog box which inserts a new name in the document and saves the jpg files
unfortunately if the file exists it is overwritten
(this is not good for me)
I would like if possible that if the document exists re-open the dialog box to give a different name to the document to be saved

Dreamweaver Split View Problem
I've been using Dreamweaver CS6 and have just recently switched to CC Dreamweaver 19.2 on a Mac. I am having problems with editing text in split view. I can click once in the upper split view window on a block of text and a blue box pops up around it for edit html attributes, if I double click inside the blue boa again, the blue box tuns into a gold box and I can directly edit the text. At least that is how it works on some pages, on other pages a double click inside the blue box does not cause it to turn gold and I can not edit text. I've rebooted the computer a few times, restarted Dreamweaver many times, removed and reinstalled Dreamweaver. The two pages were generated from the same template, although not the same version and not at the same time. I can't figure out if this is a Dreamweaver Problem, a template problem or whether I'm just doing something wrong. I can edit the pages just fine in code view.
