Hi All,
I have created a content fragment using a content fragment model. I have added that fragment onto one sample page using content fragment component and I can see the content on the page.
But whenever I am trying to access the content services for that particular page or content fragment, I am getting below error :
I am accessing page as : http://<serverip:4502/<contentpath>/123.model.json
Invalid recursion selector value 'model'
Cannot serve request to /<contentPath>/123.model.json in org.apache.sling.servlets.get.DefaultGetServlet
I am not sure if I am missing any configuration here or it is something wrong in my sling mapping.

Links in PDF files not opening PowerPoint.
I have created links in some PDF files that are supposed to open PowerPoint files. This was working before the latest Acrobat Pro update. This is no longer working. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2019 the latest revision and Microsoft PowerPoint 16.28 and Mac OS 10.14.6.

RH2019 How to hide image zoom icon in Responsive HTML
I'm developing a Responsive HTML5 help page with RoboHelp 2019 on Windows 10 for a smartphone/tablet app. The help page is using dynamic filters to show the correct screenshots for smartphone and tablet respectively. For large screenshots I'm using thumbnails for clarity.
The problem is: If I choose "smartphone" as the filter the tablet-screenshots disappear correctly but the image enlarge icon (or image zoom icon - "arrow with two points") persists and is also click-able. So even though you don't see the tablet-screenshot with an active (smartphone-)filter you can still open the image with the zoom icon and vice versa.
My question: Is there a way to disable the "enlarge thumbnail icon" so it doesn't show in output??

External Accounts and MySQL
Hi all,
We have an external account configured to connect to MySQL. We've had to recently change the credentials so I've updated the account and password. Testing the connection also seems to be working fine. However, using the generic query editor on a schema that uses the account still tries to use the old credentials. Do I need to have the server rebooted or something?

Import de fichiers srt ou stl dans un projet pr cc2019, les sous titres restent invisibles
Bonjour,
je suis sur CC2019, je n'arrive pas à activer les sous titres, à les rendre visible, depuis un fichier srt ou stl.
J'arrive à créer des sous titres avec le panneau légendes et à les voir, mais pas depuis un fichier séparé.
Dans la fenêtre "afficher les sous titres", je mets tout en open caption (ouvrir le sous titrage) mais rien n'apparait sur le panneau programme.
Quelqu'un aurait une idée pour résoudre mon souci. Surement une option mal cochée ?

After pasting an image on the layer mask, the image turns to black and white. How to restore the original color?
Only today am i experiencing this problem and have no idea what to do.
When i paste a picture on the layer mask, the picture turns to black and white (I checked and the picture is in RGB color).
How do i switch back to the original color?

2019 Update: Anybody experiencing more bugs and issues!?
After updating my premiere pro 2018 to 2019 I have experienced more crashes, failed renders, low level exceptions, than ever before. Isn't an update supposed to fix these issues not make them more prominent?
Today what should have been a 1 hour edit took 3-4 hours due to the program repeatedly crashing. No color grading, nothing crazy, just some clips and some text. This week alone I have had the program crash on me REPEATEDLY.
I have had adobe support screen share my computer twice, hardly resolving the issue, all while in turn deleting all my presets I have built up over the year.
I have grown beyond frustrated with adobes service. I have had theses issue since I was a teenager and strongly expected them to get better as I improved my computer and as adobe released more updates. However this is not the case. I still run into meaningless problems. I find myself yelling at my screen "why wont you just work like you should" on a consistent basis and have heard others mention something similar. This doesn't make content creation any fun.
Since Adobe can't resolve these issues I turn to the forum to ask if anybody else is experiencing these common issues with the new 2019 update. Perhaps I need to have adobe screen share my computer AGAIN, but at this point I have lost all hope that adobe will create an update, hire an individual with a brain or develop any program that can withstand what us editors and filmmakers truly need in an editing software.
Super disappointing that adobe STILL hasn't gotten it together after releasing Premiere Pro in the 90's. Your telling me in 20-30 years hasn't been enough time for you guys to make a software that actually works? What a joke. Very strongly considering editing on a different platform and not giving adobe all my money for a horrible product.
Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing an increased amount of bugs and issues with the new 2019 update.

adobe acc installer and catalina beta
Just installed latest Catalina Beta, August 19, Lightroom Classic and Acrobat Pro DC seem to be working fine.
Getting a pop up - "com.adobe.acc.installer.v2" can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. Click the OK box, and it reappears. No matter how many times I click the box - it reappears. Leaving it alone, and putting it down in a corner, is a work-around, as it does not seem to be degrading performance.
Reluctant to uninstall and re-install Creative Cloud, just now.
Anyone else having this issue, and/or have a solution.

Essential graphics - can no longer add a template to sequence timeline
Hi everyone,
Recently, after years of using Premiere fluently, my system is no longer able to use the Essential Graphics panel. I'm running Premiere CC 2018 on Mac OS X High Sierra (10.13.6)
No matter which template I select from Essential Graphics, when I attempt to drag and drop it onto a video track (all unlocked) on the timeline, my cursor icon shows the hand with a circle / slash through it and will not add the clip.
It doesn't matter what template I use, none of them work. If I make a brand new fresh project, Essential Graphics still fails to work. I really don't think this has anything whatsoever to do with my project or sequence.
This is a recent development, after more than a year of using the Essential Graphics panel on a regular basis.
The only clue I have is that I did install Premiere Pro CC 2019 when it first came out, found I couldn't use it, and uninstalled it using Adobe's supplied Uninstaller, then have continued in 2018.
Any tips?

Line dividing collaged images. No border selected.
When using the collage feature I am getting a line between the images, even when I choose no borders. Is there a fix for this? I’m using version 7.7.3 for iOS

Server interaction with client
Suppose I have an E-comm site where there are pics of potatoes and tomatoes,with their prices listed beneath them. These prices are live prices, i.e. they need to be pulled off a server - how would I pull this off?
Also, is there any Animate equivalent to what Generator was for Flash back in the old days? What's a good book that contains info about it, and programming it and so on?

TOC is Correct - Bookmarks are Wrong
I have a document with a TOC that is setup to also export the bookmarks to PDF. The issue I am having is the TOC is using the levels established by my paragraph styles correctly, but the bookmarks are not.
For example:
Here is the TOC for Chapter 2:
Common Knowledge Check is a subsection and it is indented correctly under the Section Skill Basics.
Now, here are the Bookmarks for Chapter 2:
It has made the sections into subsections. This is happening for every chapter. Basically, it is making all bookmark sin a chapter subordinate to the first bookmark of the chapter. In the example above, it is making Skill Descriptions, Talent Basics and Talent Descriptions into subsection of Skill Basics. The styles are all working correctly because the TOC is correct.
I have removed the bookmarks and re-added them and I have fixed them annually, but as soon as I update the TOC, it goes back to broken...

Syncing Sound From a Go Pro Hero 4 to an external recording device?
I've tried syncing an audio track between a camera and an external recording device once and I had no problem with it. Just click on synchronise, synchronise by audio.
I tried to do it a second time today and it wasn't working for some reason.
The devices I was using were a go pro hero 4 camera and a Zoom H1n recording device.
As far as I can tell the recording device will be useless, unless I synchronise by audio because otherwise it won't be lip synced.
Is there any tricks that I can use to help the synchronising process.
The Zoom H1n records in .Wav by default, I am not sure what file format the Go pro records in. Perhaps if I changed the default file format in the Zoom H1n to .mp3 it would have an easier time synchronising?
Any help is much appreciated.

RH2019 Automated selection of dynamic filters according to Display Device?

I'm developing a Responsive HTML5 Help page with RoboHelp 2019 on Windows 10 for a smartphone/tablet app. In this app there is a button "Handbook" with which you can get help. This is context-sensitive and opens the corresponding help page depending on which app area the button is clicked.
The special feature of this app is that depending on whether it is launched in portrait or landscape mode, the user interface and handling is different. I want to build up the help accordingly in a dual way. My development department can detect within the app whether it is running in portrait or landscape format, i.e. by clicking on the manual button the information portrait or landscape would be sent along.
My question now is: Can I insert a condition set within RoboHelp that, depending on whether the help is called by portrait or landscape, displays the correct content?
In other words, is there a way to automate variable views of content and screenshots at the development level without the help user having to select a check box (portrait or landscape)?

we are implementing sms with ACS. It seems that whenever someone is trying to opt-out of text through sms provider, ACS is putting these in Quarantine instead of unsubscribing from profile. Is there a way to update the subscription instead of quarantine ?

Photoshop Elements Organizer 2018 Backup and Restore Problem
I created a new keyword tag under "Other" for "friends" with subcatagories for individual people. I moved the people to the appropriate tag. I also added files under "Events" and tagged them with the event. I then did a full backup of my catalog,
However when I restored PE Organizer, none of the new catagories were there and the "individual" friends were back under the "People" tag under "friends". None of the changes I made to anything was still there.
Why is this happening? It is very frustrating to do all this work to organize my catalog the way I want it and have it not backup as I created it!
