PE2019 Slideshow Audio does not mute when a video clip is playing
I am making slideshows from a combination of jpeg images and videos. If I choose the Theme Watercolour then the music mutes and allows the video sound to be heard. If I choose any other theme eg Woods or Classic, then the music does not mute and it drowns out the video sound track.
I want to hear the video soundtrack. How do I make the themes behave the same way that Watercoulour does. I am using Elements 2019 Version 17.0

Opening raw files into Photoshop CC by right clicking (in Bridge)...used to work on CS6...
Hello,
I'm trialling CC at the moment.
In CS6 I used to:
1) Select an image in Bridge and then open it in Camera Raw directly from Bridge via the right click 'Open in Camera Raw' option.
2) Make basic edits in Camera Raw and then click 'Done'.
3) Right click the image in Bridge again and select 'open in Adobe Photoshop CS6 (default)' for final edits.
In the CC trial when I try step 3 it doesn't offer an 'open in PS CC' option. It just still offers the option to 'open in Adobe Photoshop CS6 (default)'. CS6 opens it but can't open the file (presumably because it's from a recent camera and PS CS6 is channeling an old version of ARC)?
Is there any way to emulate what I used to do in CS6 please?
I appreciate that it may not be the most elegant route but it's what I'm used to...

Notification of workflow supervisor - Errors
When we try to use the OOTB notification of workflow supervisor we encounter delivery errors, specifically:
Error while compiling script 'content htmlContent' line 6: dataSource is not defined. SCR-160012 JavaScript: error while evaluating script 'content htmlContent'.
Trying to preview the delivery template:

We made a copy of this for testing and pulling out all of the dataSource. variables allows us to send an alert, but obviously that's not exactly helpful to send an empty alert. This exact same issue was brought up in a different forum a long time ago, no resolution is listed though. Error notification in V6
Has anyone encountered this issue or does anyone have a suggestion?

Text Variable Ordinal Indicators

Could someone tell me whether it is possible to create an automatic text variable date which contains ordinal indicators after the day number (e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th)?

Cant export a model as Unreal Engine 4 FBX
Can anyone tell me why the option for 'FBX Unreal Engine 4' doesnt appear on Mixamo? it only shows 'FBX for Unity' and 'FBX' i have download the Unreal Engine 4 on my USB and the Mixamo i use it on google its not downloaded and Adobe Fuse(Beta) is downloaded inside the PC

Personalize a Transactional Email
Hi All,
I have created a service which send out my customized transaction email, when somebody has subscribed to my service. I have created the following
1. Service which is configured to a Real-Time event for delivery of customized subscription emails.
2. Realtime event, with First Name in the data structure and enriched to a Profile ( firstName)
3. Transacation email, where the subject header is personalized with context->FirstName
The issue is I am getting emails, when soembody is subscribing to my mails by registering via the Landing Page, but unable to personalize it with the First Name of that person.
Please let me know, how this can be acheived

DC Pro v2015 (2015.006.30306) update fails with error 1309
Environment is Windows 10 Pro v1803. Trying to perform both automatic and manual updates to DC Pro v2015; automatic update fails with error #1309 (I'd paste a screenshot of the error but this forum won't allow it). Have verified that installing user has full rights to indicated file path (C:\Windows\Installer); have verified the local Administrator has full rights to indicated path (C:\Windows\Installer); have tried update with computer IN domain, and have removed computer FROM domain; no effect. This is not a rights issue to the path indicated in the erorr condition. Event log for computer shows an MSIInstaller error of 1603, event ID 1024. Anti-virus is not installed on this machine when attempting to install updates.
Have manually downloaded last v15 update revision directly from Adobe.com; tried installing; getting error indicating the version being updated isn't installed on computer (it is).
Have manually downloaded DC Pro v15 from Adobe.com; tried running directly while logged in as local admin with computer both ON and OFF the domain; same error.
As a side effect, while the update fails to install and rolls back, the rollback operation also deleted the Adobe PDF printer definition; have to run a repair on the installation to get the Adobe PDF printer back, but it ALWAYS vanishes shortly thereafter.
Please advise; don't recommend updating the software because it fails every time. Don't recommend buying a newer version because that's a non-started. This issue needs to be resolved.

Premiere Pro CC 2017 crash when I Click and Drag

I'm having the exact same problem with different system settings. Because my subscription is still active and this error is making the program IMPOSSIBLE to work on I'm creating a new post and asking kindly if anyone knows a answer for this.

This forum post has been at least a good consolation. Here I am in December 2017 having the — SAME ERROR here, and I'm running Windows 10! Same problem started happening at the same time (!!!) also in my Windows 7 Laptop. I'm really screwed by Adobe in the past week. Even tried phone calling them, but I will not even enter this topic so we can at least try to resolve this issue peacefully
I'm 99,99% sure the problem is with Premiere because of the multiple machines error, but nevertheless here are some important info:
I don't have PushBullet.
I've tried restarting my machine (resolves the issue for a while, then it happens again).
I've tried cleaning my preferences and cleaning my Media Cache.
I've tried uninstalling Premiere and installing it again.
I've tried downgrading from Premiere 2018 to 2017.
I've tried reinstalling Google Chrome.
I've tried using Premiere Pro after restarting my machine WITHOUT launching any other program (including Chrome). It crashed after a while.
I have not installed any new software on my PC. The only thing that I can think of is the 2018 Premiere Pro upgrade made about 1 month ago (and the problem started a couple of days ago).
Tried editing with GPU Rendering and Software Only.
Tried upgrading my video driver.
I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, OK?
So, Is there any comprehensive solution or should I give up and cancel Adobe Creative Cloud subscription?

After Effects を用いた動画作成サービスについて

現在、以下のようなものと同様の、動画作成サービスを作りたいと考えていますが、不明な点があったため念のため質問させてください。

現在検討中の構成としては、
1. テンプレートのaepファイルが外部の画像などを参照するようにしておき
2. ユーザーがウェブサイトなどから画像をアップロードしたときに差し替えて
3. ライセンスのあるPCのみにインストールしたaerenderスクリプトでレンダリングして動画ファイルを返す
という処理が自動で行われるものです。（After Effects 本体は起動されません）
After Effects 単体プランを利用する予定です。
法的利用条件 | アドビを読んだところ以下の項目が気になりました。
> (a)本「サービス」または「ソフトウェア」を、コピー、変更、ホスト、ストリーム、サブライセンス、または再販する。
> (b)他のユーザーがお客様のアカウント情報を使用して本「サービス」または「ソフトウェア」を使用できるようにするか、使用を許可する。
ここで、「ソフトウェアを使用できるようにする」とは複数のPCにインストールしたりリモートデスクトップなどで配信して、他のユーザーが自由にAEを操作できるようにする、という文脈だと思うので、
手動で動画作成を請け負っていたものをオートメーション化するだけの本サービスは当たらない、と理解していますが正しいでしょうか。
また、もし理解が異なっているのであれば、上記のURLサービス達は何か別のプランを使用しているのかなと考えていますが、見つけることが出来なかったのでご案内いただけないでしょうか。

.RPLN issues with CS5.5 Indesign
I recently re downloaded my Creative Suite 5.5 to make a small change to an indesign file. However whenever I try to open the file, it gives me the "Cannot open file" and then a bunch of issues with .RPLN on the end... It's asking me to upgrade to the plug-ins to latest version but I all I need to do is make a couple text edits. The only plugs ins I have are the ones that were downloaded when I installed the creative suite. Is there a quick fix or will I need to purchase an newer version? Will anew version be able to open the file?

Large files slowing down PC...
I have some large TIF files from scanned film. The TIFs are 150 MB and their associated PSDs are 500 MB.
I'm running into issues with Photoshop slowing down and doing some unexpected and inconsistent things to the point where it's getting impractical to deal with.
The machine is Windows 10 with 8 GB of RAM, but the machine appears to be having performance issues that show up in other areas - not just Photoshop. I've tried to address those issues but the culprit hasn't been found. In the meantime I restart my PC frequently - which helps for awhile.
Is there any practical way to reduce the file sizes? The intended output is going to be inkjet prints 16 x 20 and smaller.
The files in question are grayscale but I'll be doing color images soon.

PE 14.1 Project: Any Change in Audio Track Causes Playback to Crash
PE 14.1 on a WIN7 desktop PC with SSDs both for the C: & D: drives.
A few days ago I started a new project using video footage from my Panasonic V727 Camcorder (as I have done for many years).
Advanced Video Codec AVC, supported by PE 10 - 15 incl.
(AVCHD (.m2ts))
Video Stream: 23.7 Mb/s, 1920*1080 (16:9), at 50.000 FPS, AVC (High@L4.2)
I have included a small number of digital photos into the timeline with "Pan & Zoom" effect.
I use transitions between some of the clips.
Video#2 track has a number of "Default Texts" & for the credits at the end there is "Default Roll".
The entire video is less than 9 minutes long.
All is well & good & not really of any difference to numerous projects I have done in the past.
BUT when I try ANY modification to the audio (Audio 1) such as Fade in or out or just lowering the
level, when I try playback as soon as the TLI enters a clip with modified audio the program crashes.
I've not seen this before. My audio system is nothing complicated - just two speakers plugged
into the back of the PC motherboard!

Segmentation in flow visualizations feedback
Hi everyone!
Recently, an issue was reported to Adobe regarding how segments are applied to flow reports. I wanted to get your feedback around if you find value around its currently functionality, or around how we intend to change it.
How it currently works
When you apply a segment to a flow report, it first does all the pathing calculations, then applies the segment after. This image provides an excellent example:
Using the above image, first it calculates all paths from /search to /ware, then it applies the segment (hits where pages = /ware). What you end up with is a report that doesn't make a lot of sense.
What Adobe plans to change
Instead of applying the segment after paths are calculated, Adobe plans to apply the segment to each part of the path.
For example, instead of:
(/search then /ware) applied segment
It would be:
(/search with applied segment) then (/ware with applied segment)
If the above data was used, this specific example would show 0 for the entire report. Since /search had zero hits match the segment, naturally there would be no subsequent path instances.

- How do you expect segments applied to flow visualizations to work?
- Are there any scenarios where applying a segment after pathing data is calculated would be valuable?

Solution - Unable to open Adobe XD documents from cloud
We have an outage that could be causing issues with opening cloud documents. We suggest trying these solutions until the issue is resolved.
Try this first:
- Log out of CC desktop application and Adobe XD
- Restart your computer
- Log into CC desktop app and Adobe XD.
If that did not help, try the following:
- Terminate CoreSync processes from Activity Monitor (Mac OS) or from Task Manager (Windows)
- Restart CoreSync process by navigating to the folders and double-clicking CoreSync
macOS: Application\Utilities\Adobe Sync\Core Sync
Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Sync\CoreSync
