What output setting to render cs6?

Hello

Im new to Spedgrade. I am trying to render my video out from speedgrade. I have tried a few of the preset option but when i go to watch in media player it comes up with an error, both with AVI and MOV files. Is there certain settings i need for the highest quality output?

Or is there an easier way to take it back to premier pro where i imported the file from.

please help i need this solved in the next few days!
