Re-installing from the cloud using application manager after rolling back computer

I have been forced to roll back my computer (Windows Vista) to an earlier set up. Now I want to re-download all my product from the Creative Cloud, but the Application Manager thinks that all the products are already instlled, even though they aren't. Now I can't download anything. Can anybody help me? Ive been on hold with Adobe support for over half an hour!
