There are some image which seems to be corrupted or damaged after few hours/days. It is happening to some images and all.

aem fail to start under heavy load
Hi Guys,
I have aem publish running on aws ec2 instance. There is a monit script to start and stop the aem service.
It was working all good. However once due to heavy load on the publish instance the aem service failed to start when new ec2 instance spun up as part of autoscaling.
Looking forward for you suggestions.

Media Encorder CS6.0 が起動しません
Media Encorder CS6.0 が起動しなくなりました。
Windws7、グラフィックボード：GeForce GTX 650
それまでは、全く問題はありませんでしたが、使用中のPremiereCS6からPremiereとMedia Encorderをアップデートしました。
すると、Encorderを起動させると、ロゴは表示されますが、途中で止まり、「Adobe Media Encorder CS6.0は動作を停止しました」
と出るようになりました。
Premiereから「キュー」ではなく「書き出し」にすると書き出せたのですが、時間が物凄くかかる上に画質が悪くて使えないレベルでした。
Windows7のシステム回復を試しましたが、ダメ。
グラフィックボードのドライバの更新をしましたがダメ。
再インストールしようと思いましたが、Encorderはアンインストールのリストに出ないため、とりあえずPremiereのみアンインストール＆再インストールしましたがダメ。
「フォルダごと捨てれば良い」とあったので、programフォルダにあるEncorderのフォルダを削除、インストーラーにEncorderが無いので、Premiereを再インストール 。Encorderもインストールできたものの相変わらず起動せず。
もう一度、Encorderをアップデートするもダメ。
CS4の解決策で「dvacore.dllをPremiereからコピペ」を試すもダメ。
とにかく、書き出せないので困っています。

Struggling to apply double sided transitions to precomps
I don't know if i'm doing something wrong.
I'm really struggling to consistently apply double sided transitions to precomps. Mainly transitions such as dip to black, cross dissolve, film dissolve, sometimes wipes, refuse to be put over two precomps. They seem to work fine straight on the clips.
See my timeline: in the first instance, the dip to black won't cover the two clips, just applies itself to the beginning of the next clip. Second instance, this is a film dissolve, and has worked fine across the precomps.
Another example. First dissolve is fine, the second just will not be a double sided transition.
Here's a different example below. The first film dissolve is fine.
The second dissolve is off balance, it has a longer span on the right hand side then the left hand side - close up below.
What on earth is going wrong? All footage has been coded to exactly same standard and format in Prelude, so there's not mismatches of formats or codecs. Likewise, the whole lot is the same resolution.
Really appreciate any help on this.

Lightroom CC Install Won't open
Help! I've gone through the Adobe Tech support and they are no more help than a 10 yr old. I have installed and am attempting top open the trial of LR cc, when it open a white box pops up giving me three options; quit LR, buy LR or start trial. I click on the start trial....it responds like it's going to open but then just loops back to the same white box. I have signed out/signed back in, restarted my pc, deleted everything and reinstalled, even...as Adobe tech support suggested was to use a different Adobe ID. All failed miserably. Does anyone have any other possible suggestions? tia

"Internal Error Occurred" on Windows 7 & Outlook Previewing
I am having an issue with Acrobat XI that I have also seen with Acrobat X and Reader XI and Reader X. I have also found another discussion that I believe is related. I believe this is a bug in Acrobat, but I don't know how to go about getting it fixed.
In my case, the "Internal Error Occurred" error pops up (usually behind the other windows, making the system seem hung) when users click on a PDF in Windows Explorer (especially if the preview pane is enabled). The same error pops up if a user clicks on a PDF attachment in Outlook and enables preview.
I have used procmon to see what is happening when the error is triggered, and it appears that Adobe software tries to access the user profile incorrectly.
The discussion I refer to where another user gets the same error more often / in a worse way (but I believe for the same reason) can be seen here:

I believe it is the same issue because the user (LaneCx) says "The only thing that could be considered out of the ordinary is that the C:\users folder is a separate mounted drive." This is in the post dated Apr 18, 20126:01 AM.
In our case, C:\users isn't a separate mounted drive, so C:\Users\Public is accessible by the Adobe products. However, the other user profiles are separately mounted (for instance C:\Users\John.Doe is a separate mounted drive). As such, I believe Adobe fails to access some piece of individual user profile data (when John Doe is logged in and the preview extensions are called). Again, I believe this because of what I saw in procmon (but that was some time ago and I don't remember what all I saw).
Can anyone who has C:\Users (or C:\Users\LoggedInUser) mounted as a separate profile tell me that this works for them? If so, was any special configuration or repair performed in order to make it work?
Alternatively, can anyone tell me how I can get Adobe to fix this if I can't work around it?

Adding custom execution path in Servlet Resolver
Hi,
I have created a Sling servlet and I need to register it using some custom path, e.g, /aem/testServlet
If I add this execution path entry in configuration "Apache Sling Servlet/Script Resolver and Error Handler", it works fine. But I need to create a custom configuration of this path for my project so that it can be deployed with the code.
Can anyone please help with this.

I'm pretty new to Photoshop and I don't know anything. When I open or create a new file it crashes, can't seem to find out why.

PremierePro, Rush's Audio Track is strange.
Audio track position is strange when 'Rush' is opened from 'Primary'.
In Rush, I can make Audio track only three.
when I open rush project in premierepro,
I can find Audio track 33.
Is there any other way?
everytime, Do I check A33 track in PremierePro?

Unable to see all frames in a clip.
I used to have my Premiere Pro set so that I could see ALL the frames in a clip. Not thumbnails or keyframes, but the actual frames, making it much easier to sync audio. In the timeline, not just in the monitor. I've searched and searched and can't find an answer. Can anyone help? I feel crazy.

Building a smart collection differentiating "sister" keywords
Hi - I have an extensive keyword taxonomy and want to be able to do something with smart collections. Let's say that my taxonomy includes
Family
with
Dad
Mom
and
Kiddo
as branches underneath Family (i.e., Family is the root of sisters Dad-Mom-Kiddo). If I want to select all images with Dad but not Mom or Kiddo, how would I do that? i tried
Keywords ContainsAll Dad
(and)
Keywords Doesn'tContain Mom
(and)
Keywords Doesn'tContain Kiddo
but, I think because they're linked with a common root, I get no hits. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Thumbnails not showing in workspace?
Since one of the previous updates my workspace isn't showing the thumbnails anymore of new or updated files. Old files are showing as you can see in the screenshot. Files made on another PC are also showing (first row, left). I have tried a couple of things but nothing worked (reinstall Indesign, show/hide workspace, …)
Anyone any idea how I can solve this?

Impossible d'ouvrir les RAW par défaut avec Lightroom

J'ai un problème depuis que j'ai réinitialisé mon ordinateur : lorsque je veux définir Lightroom comme application par défaut pour ouvrir mes photos RAW (format CR2), cela bascule automatiquement sur Photoshop.

Je n'ai pas trouvé de solutions pertinentes pour le moment.

Shape/pen tool bugs again
Every other update seems to have shape/pen tool bugs like sticking when dragging points and I usually have a couple of workarounds and re-writing preferences.
But this latest build the anchors disappear on me and only one handle pops out.
Here is a video of what I'm talking about, can anyone help.
