Just tried to install the Premiere Pro trial, but can't get it to start properly. Splash screen appears, disappears, full size program window appears, -> crash. And right after a second one.

Already tried based on other forum threads' advises:

* Started as administrator to skip any access denied issues.

* Disabled onboard graphics (via device manager, as there is no such setting in my Bios).

* Reinstalled the product.

* Rebooted several times.

How shall I evaluate the product within 7 days if day 1 is already over before I'm able to actually start the program?

ich bin ein Anfänger in Muse habe aber bereits einige Erfahrung gesammelt.

Bei mir auf der Website ist das Problem das ein Bild im Responsive-Modus nicht mit rutscht sondern stehen bleibt und der Text dahinter rutscht.

Ich habe bereits alles probiert. Links fixieren, rechts fixieren und mittig.

Wenn ich im Vorschau Modus in Muse den Regler nehme und es simuliere, funktioniert es. Wenn ich es aber über einen Browser öffne, egal ob Vorschau oder fertig exportiert, funktioniert es nicht

Die einzige Lösung die ich gefunden habe ist, wenn ich alles auf der Seite zusammen gruppiere rutschen die Texte nicht hinter das Bild.

Das Bild habe ich mit dem Rechteck-Werkzeug -> Fläche füllen mit Bild,  eingefügt.

Vielleicht gibt es ja noch eine andere Möglichkeit dies zu beheben.

I am contemplating upgrading my Lightroom 5.2 and Photoshop Elements 11 to Creative Cloud for Photographers.  My wife has Lightroom 5.2 on her laptop.  We take her laptop with us when we travel and leave my heavier desktop replacement laptop at home.  I know I can put CC on two computers and use the software on one at a time.

My question is if I download CC onto both of our laptops (so I can use it on her laptop when we travel) will it require the removal (or upgrade) of Lightroom 5.2 from her laptop, which would remove her ability to use her Lightroom 5.2 at the same time as I am using CC on my laptop when we aren't traveling?  She has no desire to upgrade and she doesn't like me messing with her setup to do things my way.

i see i can use only 1 favorite for each time

i would like to normalize , equalize and fade in and out

i have a bunch of files and i would love to do it with 1 batch processing and not 4 , one for fade in , the second for equalize , fade out and finaly normalize

can i do all of them with only 1 batch processing?

I'm using Windows 10,on Acer Aspire E 15 and when I open Illustrator the mouse cursor starts flickering and circling . Due to this I'm not able to open any tabs,menues or write.I have already turned off the Windows Error Reporing  and Problems Report and Solutions from the System configuration but this didn't help....
Any suggestions ?

This will seem like a dumb question, but I'm only asking for help. My habit from 2D work in the past, is to fade in/out my text using simple opacity key frames.

Now that I am working with 3D text more and more, I see that this doesn't work - during the fade the viewer sees through the 3D surfaces and glimpses the inside surfaces and shadowed extrusion, etc. and this doesn't look right.

So how does one do a simple fade in/out on 3D text while preserving the appearance that the text is a solid object?

I'm having trouble with Adobe Acrobat Reader (17.01.31) for iPad.

I'm using it to sync my pdf's from Dropbox. Every time I use the highlight tool on iPad and save the changes, it synchronises perfectly to my Dropbox and I can continue my work on my PC. But whenever I use the highlight tool on Reader for PC, save and sync to Dropbox, my iPad doesn't keep up with the new changes. Even though the file is correctly saved on Dropbox, the app for iPad doesn't update the file. I always have to change the file name so it can keep it up. It feels like the cache on Reader for iPad is so stiff that even when the file changes through the cloud it keeps opening the last saved file that it knows, just showing the latest changes that I made on iPad.

Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help me with that?

Eu uso o leitor para sincronizar meus pdf's com o Dropbox. Sempre que uso a ferramenta marca texto no iPad, e salvo as alterações no documento, ele sincroniza perfeitamente com o Dropbox, de forma que posso continuar o trabalho no PC de onde parei. Mas sempre que uso o marca texto e salvo meu trabalho no Reader do PC e sincronizo no Dropbox, o iPad não me traz as alterações que fiz no PC. Os arquivos ficam salvos corretamente no Dropbox, mas o app do Reader no iPad não atualiza ele. Se eu salvar com outro nome no PC, ele aparece no app do tablet e fica atualizado, mas eu não gostaria de criar um arquivo a cada salvamento. Me da a impressão que o cache do Reader para iPad é tão engessado que mesmo trocando o arquivo (data de modificação, tamanho do arquivo,...), se o nome do arquivo é o mesmo ele usa a ultima alteração em cache que ele conhece e nem procura na nuvem por alterações mais novas.

Será que estou fazendo algo errado? Alguém pode ajudar?

creative cloud app can't reload application

Hi, this is probably the 4th or 5th time I sit down to look for a solution for this since I started using illustrator on my new desktop in October. My MSI GTX 1070 is not showing up in Illustrator.

I've been searching for many hours now and I just want that animated zoom check ON.

I have looked into NVidia control panel under 3D settings but I dont have the same options I saw people struggling with photoshop has. (everything works in photoshop for me btw..)

Under device manager the gtx 1070 is the only graphics card mentioned. (I've checked "show hidden" just in case..)

My computer has a Intel i7 6700K and should have graphics capabilities there. If there is no way to get the 1070 running, can anyone tell me how to get intel graphics instead? (My Macbook pro from early 2015 has GPU acceleration using Intel graphics 6100.. It should work on my desptop too then?)

30 mins ago I did a clean install for the 378.49 NVidia drivers downloaded from their page and rebooted and still there seem to be no hope.

¿Cómo se hace para descargar Adobe Photoshop y Ligthrom, cuando cambias de PC de sobremesa?. Tengo la otra descarga en un portátil y voy a cambiar de pc de sobremesa. ¿Hay que desinstalarlo, antes de dejar el antiguo?

For reasons I don't understand Lightroom keeps asking for for a new serial number even though I have only ever had this version installed on the same computer and have not made any changes recently. "Retry activation" doesn't work and I can't "deactivate another computer" as I haven't got one. Any suggestions?

Graphics acceleration in LRCC was 'disabled due to errors', yet PSCC takes advantage of the graphics chip with ease.

I'm running an i7 laptop which updates its NVidia 850M (2GB) drivers immediately upon the release of a new one (through GEFORCE Experience software). When I look at system information from within Lightroom, it cites an error with OpenGL, yet Photoshop doesn't, and uses the 850M with no problems.

LRCC is up to date, PSCC is up to date, and the drivers on my 850M are up to date. Why is this still a problem?

I am getting an error when sending a contract "Please upload a file to send for signature". I have already uploaded a file. How do I fix this?

Do anyone have a solution on this message.  Using OS X El Capitan 10.11  and trying to install my CS6 software.

I like Photoshop Elements 15 and now have both Photoshop elements 15 and Photoshop Elements 10 installed on my Windows 10 computer.  I would like to uninstall pse 10 however when I go to Control Panel> programs> uninstall, the wizard starts and then stops with an Error 1316.  This happens with both the Photoshop10 and Elements 10 uninstall.  Something weird goes on that tells me both programs are not behaving as separate programs.  For example if I create a folder in pse 15, I do not see it unless I close pse 15 and open pse 10.  Also, if I create an album in pse 15, my iTunes only sees the albums created in pse 10.  So, there seems to be some cross-talk going on that I'd like eliminate. I feel like I've created a mess by having pse 10 and pse 15 on the same computer.  I hope that uninstalling pse 10, my problems will go away, or will they?  Thanks for any help

Is there any way we can discover if Adobe is working on a new version of Director? Do people there communicate? Can they give us any tip? If they intend to discontinue it, they should make it clear at this point. Why all this silence? This shouldn't be the behavior of a company like Adobe.
