Hi, I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (version 2017.009.20044) and, since yesterday, the scrolling with my touchpad goes way too faster than I can control. I'm a researcher and reading PDFs is a basic part of my job, and it is very uncomfortable not being able to scroll properly. I'm using windows 10, by the way.

Audition 12.1 takes 80,744 ticks to complete "Initializing (AuUI)"
Folks,
As the title states, this version takes this much time to complete this step of the initialization process every time I start Audition. It works fine after initialization completes. Version 11 has no issues. I find Version 12 unusable until this issue is resolved. I have tried resetting to the defaults, but no luck. i am using a mid 2015 Macbook Pro with Mojave (10.14.4) at the moment. Below is a clip of the log file. Please help.

custom synthetic plugin
I made a custom synthetic plugin by PR SDK. When I drag the plugin into the video channel, each time a frame by step, the selector imImportImage will be called twice,
Why will this happed? That will get me in stuck when I change the inpoint and outpint of the plugin(duration changed).

How to customize the List View ?
Right now in forms and documents when i switch to list view i am able to see Size Column and it is empty. The Business dont want it .How to customize the List view. As the column is empty and we are ot getting size of an adaptive form. We need to remove it . Or is there any way to add size to adaptive form.

Image beacon value is not reported as same in the Reports
Hi Team,
In the order confirmation page my products string value is: configuration;31378281_31378281;1;826.78,configuration;31378351_31378351;1;1105.46. I was expecting the same value will reflect in the products reports. But I am wrong. So many data is missing & incorrect values are reported. PFA screenshot for the same.
observation:
1. 31378351_31378351 - order value(1123) is wrong. expected is 1105.46.
2. 31378281_31378281 - this is not reported in the report. And hence other info also missing.
Please help me here.

Autosave
Why does Photoshop have no Autosave-Option like most other Adobe-Programs like After Effects or Premiere Pro,
where a folder is created with incremental project back-ups and forced saves to the original file?
I also don't understand why there is no option to save all open files with one click.
Please change this!

Premiere Pro 2018+2019 Hangs in Windows 1903+1809
Hi All! I hope to find a solution here
On May 23rd I finally upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro.
When launching PPRO 2018+2019' when clicking on the Graphics Tab or Effects Tab (or when going Window > Essential Graphics) the program hangs and I'm forced to close it.
I can't do any real work without access to these features.
I've been back and forth with Adobe Support, running various troubleshooting actions with them, but to no avail. (error checks, safe mode, uninstall and reinstall etc')
The latest "suggestion" from Adobe Support was to rollback Windows to version 1803. ( After they asked me to upgrade from 1809 to 1903 version!)
Windows will not let me to go back beyond version 1809.
I think this is an unacceptable suggestion! Why should I rollback to a less stable and ( very Importantly) less secure OS?!?
(I'm in the process of buying a new PC and probably will get on it the latest version of Windows anyway, and what then??)
I'm very close to cancel my All Apps subscription and move to another NLE system, so this is my last attempt to maybe get a proper solution here.

I can’t use my blue yeti microphone on Premiere Elements 11 for Mac version?!
I recently installed my adobe premiere elements 11 on my new MacBook Pro. Previously, I used that on my windows computer and it worked fine to do narrations with my Blue Yeti mic. I started editing a video on the Mac this week, and when I tried to do a narration, it didn’t work. I went to preferences, Audio hardware, Default device and changed from MacBook Pro speakers to Yeti Stereo Microphone, which is my external microphone I used in premiere on my old Windows laptop. |
The Preferences - Audio hardware window doesn’t show asio preferences (like it does on windows) for input audio. It only shows Default device. Ive changed the default device to my yet microphone but when I open the narration window and click record, it keeps saying ”your current audio hardware selection does not have any input channels. Please use Preferences-Audio Hardware-Default Device to correct this problem”. |
Is this an issue that can be solved without having to invest on another editor software? |

Cannot edit object
Hi there,
This may be confusing but I will try to explain it as clearly as possible. So I have an image with a garden and the sky is present. The garden is dark so I have added a warming photo filter to bring some colour into it. The problem arises when I select the sky using the quick selection tool, it only seems to edit the garden and doesn't allow me to edit the sky. How can I adjust the brightness and filter of 2 objects without it being stuck on the first one.
I hope this made sense but it's really affecting my experience.

Import format: MP4 or numbered image sequence?
I'm having 8mm cine films converted to HD digital and have been advised by the forum (thanks Steve!) that my best choice of format for importing into Premiere Elements 2019 would be MP4 h.264 1920x1080p 25 fps. (I'm in the UK). The cine film converters also offer a numbered image sequence of jpegs, each one 1920x1080 pixels. I'm thinking this would be useful for tidying up individual frames in Photoshop before importing them to Premiere Elements. My question is, would a numbered image sequence be of equivalent quality to an MP4?

Adobe Acrobat DC Pro - freezing on launch for 4minutes unless signed out
I'm working with a client where all the staff members are using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro and experiencing an odd issue for a couple months. After a fresh boot of either a Windows 7 or Windows 10 computer, when Adobe Acrobat is opened by itself or using a file the application freezes for roughly 4minutes. Nothing can be clicked or scrolled within the application. Windows states it is "not responding" and after these few minutes everything is normal. After Adobe Acrobat is functional again, closed and then re-opened it does not show the same symptoms until the computer is rebooted again. The client says this also happens mid-day however I was not able to verify this myself. To make matters even stranger, if the user signs-out of Adobe Acrobat, the application has no problems opening either standalone or when opening a PDF file.
All options found in the community forums have been attempted, ranging from disabling security features, disabling updates and setting trusted locations. I have collected logs and would like to submit them to support.

Is this normal behavior for Ram Preview?
Hey Thrill Seekers,
I have an AE project with quite a few elements. All have some sort of adjustment or mask. So a render for a 1:45 project is taking about an hour and a half. I'm OK with that. But...when I have to edit any little thing at all, on any element, even if it has little effect on any other element, my green Ram preview line goes away and I have to create the whole dang preview frame by painful frame. Very, very (very) tedious.
I'm new to AE, so I have to be missing something significant.

catalog in Nas not launching
Hola,
He puesto un sistemas Nas en mi casa para poder trabajar desde un ordenador de sobremesa y un portatil. He copiado todos los archivos y catalogos al mismo pero cuando quiero abrir el catalogo desde ahi me dice que no es posible porque está en un "network volume" o en un "volume" donde no puede guardar cambios.
Alguien sabe como arreglar esto y que funcione desde el Nas??

Frequent Logout in AEM Environment.
Hi,
I am facing frequent Logout issue in my development environment :4502
Scenario: whenever I sign in into Dev environment user: admin ; password: admin, and in between working my instance get automatically Logout.
So,please suggest me How to stop this frequent Logout until we click on Logout button.
