Adding audio into Rush project isn't working properly
Hi, I have been using Rush (Premiere) to edit my video podcasts for awhile now. Recently it has been doing this glitchy thing during the addition of an audio track to my title before the footage starts. It sounds very broken up and I've tried other clips (even the Adobe included music) and it does the same thing. This didn't happen until recently and I can't find a fix that works elsewhere online and in the forum. If someone has the fix for this that would be great.

Use line tool or underline??
Hello all!
I have always been under the impression that it is always better to draw
lines with the line tool (in a form for example) instead of using the
underline key either manually or as a tab leader. Is that the truth? In some
cases I have seen gaps in the lines when the underline key is used. Do you
all have any thoughts or input for me? Why or why not is it better to use
the line tool as opposed to the underline option?

Urgent Problem With Essential Graphics (Loosing Format)
Hello,
I have been having a hard time with Adobe Essential Graphics. Sometimes, the Essential Graphics loose format when exporting. I don't know why, but when exporting from Premiere, no problem happens. But when exporting via Media Encoder, it looses format.

I am using Windows 10 pro and Premiere CC v13.0.3 and Media Encoder CC 13.0.2.
Is it normal to have different export outcomes? Why am I loosing format? What should I do to fix this bug?

Why is everything blurry again?
I am making a 300x99 banner for a website, something I have done several times in the past, but when I drag an image onto it, the image is extremely blurry and pixelated. This has happened many times before but I have no clue what I ever do to fix it. What am I missing this time?

Sorry, we can't open this document [ADOBE XD]
The project worked fine yesterday, but when I wanted to start working today it couldn't open the document anymore.
The project is stored in the Creative Cloud Storage and I don't have a local copy. All my work is gone.
This is the second time this happens this weekend, after a crash yesterday I lost all my work and had to start over again, because even though the last saved version of my project included the lost work, I could not get it back.
I hope someone has a fix for this, because I don't wanna start working on this project all over again a third time. Thanks.
EDIT: I'm on the latest version of Windows 10, Creative Cloud and Adobe XD. All my drivers are up to date.

ACS - Security groups and Organizational Units
Hi all,
I would like to know if anyone has ever implement a similar procedure to see profiles of each countries.
In the instance I use now there are only Organizational Units.
I explain the case:
Our customer has different database for different countries and he would like to create users that can see only the profiles associated to a specific country.
user A can see only profiles with country US
user B can see only profiles with country IT
and so on.
I have activated in Custom Resources the option "Add access authorization management fields", I have set the organizational unit, I create the security group in Admin and in Adobe Campaign with the same ID.
I have insert user A in US security group and so on.
I have assigned the profiles to the different organizational units but the user in security group US see all the profiles for all countries, not only US profiles.
How is it possibible? Are there other setting to implement?

CC not available in your region (Hong Kong)
I am trying to sign up for Creative Cloud and I keep stalling on the first screen, with the following:

I have accessed my account and have no option to change my location. I have changed the location at the bottom of the screen but it still says I am registered in China. In fact I am in HONG KONG and want an English interface. Furthermore the notice suggests looking at the Tech specs for the countries available, but that only lists the languages available, no restrictions on countries..
It is important I stay in 'Hong Kong', not least because this is where I am, but also because it is VAT free and so should be a cheaper product.
So, how and where can I change my account preferences?
And if I do manage to sign up from a different region, will I still be able to use CC when I am physically in Hong Kong, or even China? Not very impressed with this global business, so far.

Attached photo rejected for exposure issue, but 2nd similar photo was accepted. ???
First photo was rejected, the one below was accepted. Any idea why??? If anything, the 2nd one accepted was somewhat underexposed, but I liked that contrast.
Note, both of these are smaller versions ... Adobe wouldn't accept the full resolution photos here in the forum. The ones I submitted did NOT have my logo.
I'm new to Adobe Stock, working through my confusion. Thanks for any help!

Problems with permissions all 2019 CC Desktop Apps PC
Hi,
Win 10 (1809) 500GB SSD 16GB i7 3.2 Ghz Administrator
I've just done a fresh install of Win 10 (1809) then installed all 2019 CC apps. No issues with the install, but using any of the apps causes all sorts of permission issues (listed below). I've tried the suggested fixes scattered around various forums and nothing works. Surely when Adobe installs and creates folders the correct permissions are set. I've had the same problems with CC2019, not CC2018 or earlier, since release and before the fresh install of Win 10.
Does anyone have a solution, Adobe? Please remember that I pay for this software, so I expect it to work!
Below is a list of issues for each app.
Acrobat DC
Started and immediately closed. Started again and now seems to work.
Photoshop
Dialogue box "Could not complete your request because the file is locked, you do not have necessary permissions, or another program is using the file. Use 'Properties' command in Windows Explorer to unlock the file." Click Ok and it hangs on "Measuring Memory"
Illustrator
Dialogue box "To work correctly, Adobe Illustrator requires the Preferences folder permission to be 'Read-Write'. The current permission setting is incorrectly set to 'Read-only'. Click More Info for instructions on correcting the Preferences folder permissions setting." Followed the instructions, posted in Adobe Forums but the folder resets itself to Read-only.
XD CC
Seems to work except when zoomed in there's no scroll bars horizontal or vertical and no hand tool.
Lightroom CC & Lightroom Classic
Dialogue box "Lightroom cannot start because it cannot create files in the temporary file location "C:\Users\[my username]\AppData\Local\Temp\". Lightroom needs to be able create temporary files in order to operate correctly."

CC library - group or type views
Good morning all.
The following query relates to workstations running the High Sierra OS and InDesign CC 2019, though I believe that it is not specific to these versions.
Some of our staff have been seeing a nagging issue, where the two different view options: "View by Group" or "View by Type" are not presented in their CC Library's panel.
This behaviour exists in all Adobe apps that present the CC libraries - though they mainly use these libraries within InDesign.
( I started a thread in the InDesign forum, but it was suggested that the good folk here may be of more familiar with this behaviour )
The issue is not specific to a particular library. Those effected find this behaviour with their CC Library's panel in general.
I haven't been able to find any mention of this behaviour when searching online.
I have tried clearing out InDesign's preferences.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the InDesign app. Clearing all previous application preferences.
Though I imagine that the CC Library data is not held within InDesign, as these libraries are of course shared across Adobe's applications.
I have run a repair re-install on the Adobe CC app.
I am now looking for some advice on what else to try. Hopefully someone else has seen this behaviour before and can point me in the right direction.

I bought a Seagate HD and it's supposed to come with a free photography package?
I bought a seagate external HD (backup plus 2TB), and it's supposed to come with some sort of offer for a free photography package. Beyond that information on the product, there's no instruction whatsoever on how to actually redeem that offer. Anybody know how I do it? To further complicate it, I already have the CC photography plan that is offered, so can I still get this offer?

I started my Adobe Stock subscription last month, but only used 2 of my 10 images thinking I could save the rest for use later. A month later, it looks like I got 10 new image credits but the 8 I had left are nowhere to be found. Shouldn't I have 18 images total left to use?
What is going on? I feel ripped off.

Bootstrap Buttons
I am still learning boostrap and am having trouble making some customized navigation bars. I am stuck on a few points.
I have a second navigation bar (in addition to the main navigation bar at the top of the page). I want to make 1) three sets of buttons (rows) with 2) a main button for each row (with subbuttons) and the titles are of various lengths. I want to be able to 3) make all the buttonst the same size. How can I do this?
Also, 4) The text on my main nav bar buttons are all white but for some reason the text on this second group of buttons comes out black. I can't seem to figure out how to make this text white also.

How to paste digital signature fields across multiple pages
Hello,
I am looking to quickly add text and digital signature fields to a drawing. I have drawings that require 1 text field and 5 digital signature fields per page, with the drawings varying from 1 to 20 pages. It is very time consuming to do this manually. I've managed to copy and paste over the fields from a template drawing to new drawings for the first page, but am unable to paste any more fields on any more pages once one paste has been done. I am able to duplicate the text field across all pages, but while not duplicate the digital signature field.
Is there a way to duplicate or paste digital signature fields across multiple pages?

Ich kenne mich noch nicht sehr mit After Effects aus, jedoch kenne ich zumindest die Basics.
Jetzt habe ich aber das Problem, dass mein Text aus irgendeinem Grund nicht sichtbar ist.

Converting MOD file in Adobe Premiere
I have videos recorded with a JVC camcorder in MOD format. When I import them in Adobe Premiere, the video quality is poor and there is no sound. How can I convert them into a mpeg format with a sound? Thank you!
