Hi Community,
I have a problem for several months. When I open Adobe Acrobat (or Reader) it causes an instant lockout of my account to the windows active directory system.
I guess it depends on a former installation of acrobat (e.g. v7), when i had to sign in a proxy-server and the specified PASSWORD.
Now, in my opinion it might be that Acrobat stored this old password somewhere. Of course, this PW is outdated for long time, but Acrobat still connects to the ADS with it. In case of incorrectness the ADS locks out my account.
I've checked all the options of Acrobat, but can't find an item for proxy-setup anymore.
Is this possible ????? Is there another cause ?????
My System :
- WIN XP SP3 PRO x86
- Fullclient
- Adobe Acrobat X Pro (other versions had the same probs)
- Microsoft Windows Network with ADS
Thanks for any Help
