After Effects corrupting media from Sony F3 cameras

Hi! Has anyone else noticed AE corrupting images coming from MP4 clips from Sony F3 cameras? We see this happening on all of our PC / MAC Afetr Effects and Premiere CS6. If render without scrubbing the timeline first, all is fine, but if we scrubbed the timeline first, the media gets corrupted
