change the color of quiz matching column and fill in the blanks text?

Is it possible to change the text color of quiz matching column and fill in the blanks? I am designing a dark theme quizz, to reflect the look and feel of the hosting site. So basically, the background is dark and text is moderately bright. All is fine except for those two quiz types.

For matching column, the dropdown box is white and can't change. So the default text is not visible because it is bright as mentioned above. There is no way to make this visible. Adding dark highlight color helps (the second color box besides text color), but only during design, when the slide runs, there is no highlight.

For fill-in-the-blanks the situation is a bit different. Setting text color to dark and highlight to bright makes it possible to see the inserted word when the slide plays. Except that it looks so ugly, when the text is highlighted, it looks artificial, because the whole text is highlighted, not only the inserted word.

Does anyone know a workaround, how to deal with this problem? Is it possible maybe to change the default white boxes that Captivate uses as drop-down and as fill blanks background to something else?
