Activate globally

Hi all,

Is it possible to avtivate ona global level?  Similar to where you can rollout to all regions, it would be good to know if you can activate. 

I ask because we currently have to activate the same page in 14 different "regions" and sometimes when the page is in the deep depths of the navigation, it can be quite time consuming.
