I just installed OS X on my laptop and backed up my CS4. I cannot pull it from the external now. It is reading error code 6. Adobe told me come here. Any thing I can do? I still have my CS4 box with the code just not with me. I bpought it when I was in school and I am no longer in school. Im hoping its still valid. Thank you.
