PSE 11 on WinXP attach iphone 4 downloader begins importing the pix - smaller photos fly in - large .MOV files cause Downloader to stall with message `cannot obtain pictures from device blah blah` ...press OK ... photo downloader then aborts and unloads.
Obviously a memory issue.... is there a known file size limitation with downloader? About screen says I have 1.3gb free. Any workarounds?
