How can I import Glyphicons or Glyphish Pro icons as Custom Shapes into Photoshop?

Hi,

I have a bunch of icon sets such as Glyphicons and Glyphish Pro in different formats. For example, I have Glyphicons in the following formats:

• One PNG per icon,
• An Adobe Illustrator file containing all the vector icons, each in its own layer group (please see the attached screenshot)
• A PSD file containing all the icons, each in its own layer

How can I import these icons into Photoshop as Custom Shapes?

Also, is there a better, more convenient way of making them quickly accessible in Photoshop or is this the way to go?
