Why is the download taking so long?

I started to download the Photoshop CS6 Extended Trial for school. At the begining, it said it had about 5 hours. But I checked it the next day, and it was still downloading!! It got about halfway and stopped. And it said it had 4 hours left! Please help me fix this!! Image may be NSFW.
