Hello everyone,
im new and struggling.
Im trying to access pdf journals from my university and having no joy. I recently installed adobe X1 on my mac.
When I find the journal I want ( pdf) I click the link and this error message appears:i am using firefox and the same happens with safari and Opera!!!
We are sorry Adobe reader is unable to show documents in this browser configuration please use your browser to downlad the file and open it in adobe reader or adobe acrobat.
To avoid this message again......
today i phone a It help desk and they were rubbish, they really didnt know what they were doing......
please help
