How can you make the changing of a SWF not affect Flash Player's cam and mic access settings?

My company is setting up some client computers that will auto-run a website that we're making, and we need to make it so that the client computers will always give our site access to their cameras and mics without being prompted by Adobe Flash Player.  The security panel Flash Player gives you has a checkbox for Remember, and there's also a way to supply domain addresses to the security settings and tell Flash Player to always allow those domains access to the camera and mic.  I get that.

Except that it's not working whenever we swap the SWF out.  The client computers are remembering those settings just fine as long as the SWF remaing completely the same, but if we update the version of the SWF that they're trying to load from our website, suddenly the security settings for our domain go from Allow to Ask Me.

How can this be fixed?  Remember we're only trying to get this set up on special-made computers that we make and send out to specific clients, NOT for random people coming over the Internet.  Thanks!
