How do I open Adobe applications by default on second display without making it my primary

I am running Adobe Production Premium CS6 (Illustrator, AfterEffects, Photoshop Extended, etc.) on OS-X Lion. My second display is a Wacom Ciniq 21UX.

I was wondering if there was a way to open specific applications such as Illustrator or Photoshop on my second display by default when opening the applications. I don't want to switch my second display to become my primary display as I don't want to keep it turned on all the time - I would just like the convenience of opening specific apps for use with my Cintiq. I know about going into 'Window' and checking 'Application Frame', but was wondering if there was a way to bypass this. Thanks.
