When I try to select the Filter Gallery under the Filter menu, it is greyed out. When I try to open it via the Photoshop>About Plug-in>Filter Gallery menu option, it just freezes. I have tried using only 8 bit photos, still nothing. I downloaded my version of PS CS6 after using the free trial version for a while. What am I doing wrong?
