PS freeze after 13.1 update (Win7-64Bit)

Hello!

I just updated my PS to 13.1 and after i restarted my system and continued to work with PS, it freezes plenty of times.

At first it was at random but then i could reproduce the error. When i try to scroll to the end of the styles list, PS will display the styles

list not properly (see image below). When this happens i can't press anything else. I have to kill PS via the Task Manager.
Never had a problem with PS before neither did i update something else in the meantime.

My System:

Intel Core i5 2500K

16 GB RAM

NVidia GeForce GTS 450
Samsung SSD 830 Series

Windows 7 64Bit (Service Pack1)

Any clues?

EDIT: I did a system restore now because i have to finish my work. PS 13.0.1 works fine, no issues.

But not to update  can't be the final solution...
