Click box opening URL captivate 6

I have a click box set to open a URL in Captivate 6.  I test it in preview mode it works.  I publish the files and it doenst work.  I have adjusted the settings continue playing project or dont continue playing project..open in new..open in parent..etc.  nothing seems to work in published mode.  Any advise?  Also just to note, this is a trial version.
