Movie Plays like Strobe Effect when adding Basic Corrections

Hello Everyone.

I have this 4K Footage, I noticed If apply Basic Corrections, such as Contrast, Exposure, Shadows to my Clip, and when I play the Clip, It has that kind of Strobe looking not the smooth looking movie. Also, I did Render the work area, and I have a fairly strong Computer.
