I have a new downloaded purchased version of PE 11 for my Win7x64 system and after installing and restarting the system, I can't get the program to launch. I have googled the issue and I see several exact issues without a resolution as of yet. I cannot call Adobe support now because it's the weekend. Any help is appreciated.
