Edge Animation not working properly

Hi there!

I made a very simple menu with Adobe Edge on the site's hompage (http://www.floresblanco.com). When the page loads up the AE animation works just fine. But if I go to another section and come back to the homepage the animation won't work. The mouse cursor won't even change from arrow to hand if I hover over it.

I published the AE animation as an .oam file and placed it within Muse.

Please help me out.

Update: Just realized this only happens on Google Chrome. Is it a bug or am I missing some code?
