Adobe Muse ERROR I-200, Tried Everything...

Okay. Muse had worked great for me for about 2 months. I do have the Adobe Cloud subscription. About 3-4 weeks ago it stopped allowing me to log-in. I uninstalled, re-installed, tried literally EVERYTHING that I could find on this support site. I am getting very impatient as I am paying to use this program, but haven't been able to work on or edit my sites in about a month. Nothing on this support site has helped..
