Hello ive found a great site where to get a hands on for practicing Javascript such this one right here

although i also found other google free commercial sites that have mutilple tutorial demos and reading tutorials that do not say we have to pay to use their scripts or donate at all.Such, as, this one here

for this one here are we able to take their code, then use our own idea to place them in our own site? because i dont see anywhere for a payment on these sort of sites when you google them
