I get the following error message when I try to install the latest Shockwave Player (11.6.8.638):
"This application requires an Xtra (text) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder." Then the installation seems to work, only no sounds play. What should I do?
