Can't install illustrator, from the CS5.5 Creative suite windows version

Can't install illustrator from the CS5.5 creative suite, windows full version, I've tried to unistall reinstall, the same message comes up, Exit Code 6, Warning:DW065, Display requirements not met, Fatal: DS003, Warning DW036/Error:AW050. I tried to remove some programmes, same message, even tried to install illustrator itself, same thing, what's the solution? Nick
