Upload Photos using Acrobat Forms

Hi all,

I have been trying to source for solutions but there isn’t any. I would like to check whether are there any ways to allow users to upload their photo together with the PDF E-Form? From the PDF E-Form, I have one section which displays the student’s photograph.
