Where Can I Get the cineform Codec?

Hello:

I just purchased "An Editor's Guide to Adobe Premiere Pro", and the exercises require the cineform codec.  It used to be free (and still is if you install a huge package which takes up lots of space on your system).  Without it, I can't import the videos in the examples.
